The store

Avenro is an independent seller of digital license keys. We are not the software publisher. Product names belong to their owners and are used to identify the license.

License keys

You are buying a license key for the named product, not an account login and not a transfer of the publisher's trademark. You must follow the publisher's license terms when you activate the key.

Accounts

You need an account to check out. Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Payment

When checkout is open, payment is taken by the payment provider connected to Avenro. We do not store card numbers. An order is paid only when that provider confirms it, or when the store records a manual payment.

Delivery

After payment is confirmed, the key is shown in your account. That display is delivery of the digital product. Email is an extra copy when mail is configured.

Refunds

Ask for a refund before the key is revealed. After the key is shown, the product has been delivered. If an unused key we supplied does not activate, contact support for a replacement or a refund of that item.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the forms, attempt to access another customer's order, or use the site to sell or request stolen account credentials.

Liability

The publisher controls activation, subscription features, and regional rules. Avenro's responsibility for a failed unused key is a replacement or refund of that item.
