Who we are

Avenro operates this website. Contact us through the contact form or support@avenrolicenses.com.

Data we collect

Account name, email, and a hashed password. Orders, the license keys supplied for those orders, and messages you send. Basic technical data such as the IP address used to rate-limit sign-in and the contact form.

How we use it

To create your account, deliver a license, reply to support, and send order alerts when email is configured. We do not sell personal data.

Payment data

Card details are handled by the payment provider once one is connected. Avenro stores the order total, status, and the provider reference. We do not store full card numbers.

License keys

Keys in inventory are encrypted at rest. A customer can see only the keys attached to their own paid orders.

How long we keep it

Account and order records are kept so we can support the purchase and meet accounting needs. You can ask us to close an account that has no open order.

Sharing

We share data with the payment provider and email host only as needed to take payment and send mail. We also share data if the law requires it.
