Avenro support covers the license key we deliver. Activation itself is done with the software publisher.
Before you write
Have your order number ready. It looks like AV-1001 and is shown in your account.
If a key does not activate
Contact us with the order number and the exact message shown by the publisher. Do not post the key in a public place. If the key we supplied is unused and does not work, we replace it or refund that line.
What we do not manage
Avenro does not sign in to Microsoft or any other publisher account for you, and we do not sell email passwords.
